How do I go about dropping off my hair?

I do not accept drop offs, please post your hair to the address on your confirmation email.

What type of hair do I need?

I prefer not to work with dense frontals with an unnatural shaped hairline, if I am sent this type of frontal you will be given the chance to get a new one (Email me for my recommend vendor list).If you are unsure what type of frontal you have please do not hesitate to contact me or add a bundle deal to your booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my appointment?

Yes. To secure your slot a non- refundable deposit of £20 is required, in the event of you rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

Will my deposit be deducted from my total bill?

Yes, your deposit will be deducted from the total price. You will need to pay the remainder by cash at your appointment.
